Most engagements run over a focused four-week period depending on scope.
What does the 90-day support window cover?
After the engagement closes, we remain available async for 90 days for error correction and SOP updates as your business runs on the new systems. This is not ongoing management.
What happens after the 90-day support window?
Many clients move into an ongoing fractional support arrangement. We’ll discuss options at your Final Handoff Call.
